Jan 11, 2021 – Maveric Systems, the global banking technology transformation specialist in partnership with Allica Bank, has been named winner of IBSI Global FinTech Innovation Awards 2020, for the “Best Quality Assurance and Quality Engineering execution” engagement, as the most impactful project.
With a strategic vision towards servicing established small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) in the UK, Allica bank embarked on an ambitious journey for their business launch. Maveric was selected to lead the quality engineering (QE) program to “Build-out-of-the-bank” after a thorough evaluation among various IT players. Maveric’s successful track record and experience in anchoring similar “Build-the-bank” programmes in the UK, also favored the selection.
The QE transformation exercise surrounded Allica’s market launch readiness which included their focused banking products, core banking application, treasury system, regulatory reporting, GL reconciliation, payments, digital platforms (mobile and web), API’s, MI reporting and more. Maveric’s continuous quality engineering approaches were introduced through shift-left automation strategies thus enabling faster time-to-market and early defect prevention.
