Ram Doddy

Ram is a technology and delivery leader passionate about building high performing teams to deliver the customer centric products /services with a data-driven approach to solve problems at scale. He has good grip on RDBMS using software’s like SQL SERVER in building database systems &MSBI for building dashboards and reports. He has strong SQL experience in writing efficient queries, solving performance tuning issues using best practices, tools and techniques while meeting the customer needs at scale in a cost effective way.             Shailendra Kumar

            Technology enthusiast with key interest in Big Data Engineering and Analytics. He has worked extensively on Spark Framework using Python/Java and built Realtime and Batch Ingestion frameworks. His deep analytical capabilities and structured design thinking helped large US/UK banks through Data Migration journey. He designed multiple frameworks for Data Ingestion and Transformation. He had worked and mentored teams in their Core Java (JVM, Multithreading) assignments. He likes to solve real time problems through small PoC using cutting edge technologies. He has got Technical, Functional and management experience in Big Data, Spark, BI Data Warehousing & Web based Applications.             Data is precious and amazing at the same time. Learn to play with data through Ingestion, Transformation, Data Visualization, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing and Data Science. With a good grip on Data technologies, you can work in a wide range of industries in Tech and Engineering.

            Vasif Syed

            Vasif started his career with Maveric as a “Management Trainee” back in 2007. He has worked on various projects and handled large delivery teams. He has been part of complex ETE T24 implementation programs. He has managed a portfolio of accounts with close to 14 MN USD YOY revenue. He is seen as a good example of how a management grad can grow into a leadership role within the software industry. His keen eye on the delivery and project management has helped him garner the required recognition from client and was successful in converting some of the regional accounts into key accounts for the organisation. He brings valuable insights onto the account management segment and also understands the bank’s need for newer technology and platforms to be relevant in the market. For you to be groomed into one such holistic leader and handle larger portfolio within the organisation he can provide necessary guidance.

            What does being a mentor means to him:

            Vasif was recruited from campus and he himself had seen the journey in this organisation of moving from a fresher to AVP. In this journey he has all admired the mentoring aspect without which this growth wouldn’t have been possible. He strongly believes the same culture needs to be percolated to similar talent who is being taken aboard in the organisation through this program. He wants take the best parts of his own experience which he saw being a mentee and implement those.

            What is his advice to someone considering a future in technology?

            Any established bank would always take a calculated step towards bringing newer technology to their eco-system just to ensure there is no customer impact (both Internal/External). We should give that assurance to our customers by picking the best of the available technologies based on their proven records rather jumping on to everything which is new. End of the day we are dealing with large banks which have zero tolerance towards IT/software led glitches or issues. He believes products that could enable more freedom to end consumer for satisfying their banking needs in much faster pace are the ones to go for.

            Sreepada Mudgal

            Sreepada is a Data Integration specialist with over twenty years of IT Delivery experience, which includes Big Data, Data warehousing, ERP and Client Server technologies. He is specialized in Data Integration architecture, practiced in providing architectural and thought leadership for the development of high quality, timely data warehousing and other IT solutions. He has strong knowledge of Ab Initio and its suite of products, successfully architected and deployed solutions at various Institutions. If you are interested in becoming a data integration specialist especially Ab Initio and are interested in learning more about it, he can definitely help you.

            What does being a mentor means to him:
            Sreepada is passionate about data and technology, he likes to keep himself abreast of new technologies in the data space. He feels as a IT professional life it is all about continuous learning and keeping oneself updated about on latest technologies. He would be more than happy to share and collaborate who have similar interests

            What is his advice to someone considering a future in technology?
            If one has chosen the path of IT, there is no end to learning. Make sure the person has a strong foundation of any one programming languages (C, C++ , Java etc), good understanding of Unix and good knowledge of at least one Database(Oracle MS SQL, DB2). With this kind of foundation it becomes more easier to acquire newer skills.

            Jaquiline Daisy Tom

            Jaquiline is an expert in the area of Testing .Her area of expertise includes testing web and mobile application. Recently she is testing applications for different platforms in Maveric. In the past she worked on web applications ranging from mutual fund applications, Travel and tourism industry, educational institutions to banking software. Her preferred domain is financial services and she would like to continue in this domain to utilize the knowledge I have learnt so far.

            Years of Experience: 2 Years

            What does being a mentor means to him:
            Jaquiline is passionate about building capabilities within each individual and believes that there is no end to learning. She is very much passionate about teaching.

            What is his advice to someone considering a future in technology?
            Agile and DevOps, test automation, artificial intelligence for testing, and API test automation are the most noticeable trends. You can master these technical skills to accomplish amazing things.

            Key strengths: Regression & Negative Testing, UI & Compatibility Testing, Data Interface & Migration Testing, Performance Testing, Testing Automation, Defect/Bug Tracking.

            Daniyal Rayn

            Dan has an extensive experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure Management, and Chaos Engineering. He is a Certified DevOps and Chaos Engineer in AWS, Azure, and GCP. As a DevOps Architect, he designs, architects and implements CI/CD with DevOps principles by using various DevOps tools like Git, Docker, Podman, Ansible, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Istio and Terraform in a hybrid/multi-cloud environment. He also possesses various domain expertise like eGaming, Retail, Banking, e-commerce, R&D, Mobility Communications Networks, and AI Connected Cars. If you are interested in becoming a DevOps/SRE/Chaos Engineer and you are interested in learning more about it, he can help you.

            Years of Experience: 9 Years

            What does being a mentor means to him:
            Dan is passionate about building capabilities within each individual and believes that there is no end to learning. He spends his time learning and growing and helps others grow who are interested in becoming the next-gen DevOps/SRE/Chaos Engineering with AI/MLOps.

            What is his advice to someone considering a future in technology?
            DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering and Choas Engineering are just bewildering, with these skills in your belt you can work in a wide range of industries in Tech and Engineering. You can master these technical skills to accomplish amazing things.

            Key strengths: Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations (AIOps), Machine Learning Operations (MLOps), DevOps, Python, Chaos Engineering, and Site Reliability Engineering.

            Amit Pishe

            Amit has varied experience across the Data spectrum (Enterprise Data Management, Data Visualization & BI, ETL, Data Quality, Data Science, and Data Platform management). Adept at Technology & Program Management, driving and deploying complex programs. He is experienced in streamlining processes. Designing and implementing Frameworks for Business innovation. His technical interest is reflected in content creation thru blogs. He can mentor and guide on Data Visualization, Project/Program Management and Client Delivery.

            Amit believes in constant learning and unlearning. Any company or organization is made by people/employees; it is one of the most important pillars. Company grows when an individual can contribute and progress. Mentoring helps to enable and accelerate this effort, to grow and scale successfully.

            What is his advice to someone considering a future in technology?
            Not everything can be automated in IT. Develop human skills – connecting with team members, design thinking, walking out of the comfort zone to achieve goals. Tools and technology that can be practised (Data related- Data Analytics, Visualization, Cloud computing and Big Data).

            Key strengths: Delivery & Client Management, Project/Program Management, Data Visualization, Enterprise Data Management.

            Shanmugasundaram Arumugam (Shan)

            Shan is a Transact Technical Architect; when it comes to solutions, his mind acts very fast to apply the solution, which never fails. He was from the technical development team; his cross-integration skills, product scalability, stability, the performance made him a Technical Architect. He has excellent knowledge of the Transact and Temenos Frameworks. Also, he has a fantastic skillset of understanding the client requirements. He is also good enough to provide the design, solution, and quick workaround in the short span of SLA’s. He took on challenging roles like Delivery Manager and Production support manager and delivered efficiently. If you are interested in building your Transact knowledge, he will always be happy to help you.

            Years of Experience: 12 Years

            What does being a mentor means to him: Shan is very talented in team building. He ensures that everyone in the team should at least know about Transact latest releases, transact features, technology updates, new modules released by Temenos. He usually gives individual attention to each in the team. He encourages teams to have brainstorming sessions, cross-training(functional/technical), which helps his team’s strength, especially those interested in becoming the Transact consultant.

            What is his advice to someone considering a future in technology?

            IRIS APIs, Security, and data science. You can build/learn these technical skills to accomplish incredibly. With these skills in your belt, you can work in a wide range of core banking.

            Anand Nagarajan

            Anand is a Java/J2EE and Temenos solution architect. He specializes in banking architecture, integration, and cloud. He has good experience in architecting the bank’s implementation using temenos suite of products, covering cloud deployments, integration, API and devops. He can guide associates interested in technology areas like Integration, event streaming, API implementation, cloud implementations.  He is heading the Practice and solutions team in Maveric Temenos BU.

            What does being a mentor means to him:

            Anand knows the importance of having a mentor, he himself was mentored by many through out his career. He is always excited to share his knowledge in the world of Temenos, new technology trends.

            What is his advice to someone considering a future in technology?

            Cloud, devops, API, Integration – these are the key mantras for the banking world. Always adapt to the innovations in these areas. That will help the associates to stay relevant in the industries. Along with technology , assoictaes should have sound knowledge on the interfaces with various systems like payment gateways, reporting systems, etc. This will make an associate a complete Banking Architect.
