We hope this message finds you well! It has come to our attention that there are instances of fraudulent recruitment activities claiming to be associated with Maveric Systems. We want to ensure the safety and security of our potential candidates and the integrity of our recruitment process.
We would like to draw the attention of all concerned that we, Maveric Systems Limited, have implemented a merit-based employee selection method. We do not charge/accept any money or deposit from job seekers during the selection process or while inviting candidates for an interview.
Our official recruitment process:
- In-Person Recruitment Only: Maveric Systems Limited conducts its recruitment process exclusively through our official offices. Although we have an online interview panel, in person hiring is a part of our hiring process and no offers are given without an in-person round in our Maveric premises.
- Official Channels: Our official communication channels for recruitment include our official website maveric-systems.com / emails with official TLD (___@maveric-systems.com) and the physical premises of Maveric offices.
How to Identify Recruitment Fraud:
If you suspect that you have been a target of recruitment fraud:
- Unauthorized Correspondence: Any communication claiming recruitment through online platforms or video calls is not legitimate. Please note that any references to mavericsystem.in or any other domain representing Maveric Systems Limited are considered as fake and in no way connected to Maveric or its group companies. Official communications from Maveric Systems will always come from a legitimate company email address (ending in @maveric-systems.com). Be cautious of any communication from unofficial domains or free email services like gmail.com/yahoo.com.
- Request for Personal Information: Maveric Systems will never request sensitive personal information (e.g., Social Security Number, PAN/Aadhar Card, bank account details, tax forms etc.) before the official offer roll-out. Avoid sharing such information and ensure the legitimacy of the request.
- Request for processing fees: Be cautious of offers that seem too good to be true. Verify the details of the job, such as salary, responsibilities, and benefits, through official channels. Be aware of fake job offers under Maveric Systems Limited by unauthorized persons/scammers asking job seekers/candidates to pay processing fees or deposits by sending fake emails or making fraudulent phone calls. We would like to re-iterate, we do not charge/accept any money or deposit from job seekers during the selection process or while inviting candidates for interview. Please verify the legitimacy of any communication or website claiming to represent Maveric Systems Limited and any such communication or offer letters will not be entertained by Maveric Systems Limited.
