He has rich experience of close to 3 decades, in Enterprise Risk Management, Governance, Cost Control, Sarbanes Oxley Compliance and IT Advisory. He is a Senior Partner at RGN Price & Co., Chartered Accountants.
He is associated with Madras Chapters of Institute of Internal Auditors and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He has co-authored books on “IT Outsourcing – Audit Guide”, “Leveraging Data Analytics for Fraud Detection” and “AI in Financial Services – a Primer for Internal Audit and Fraud Detection” published by Institute of Internal Auditors, India.
He is an Independent Director of the Company and chairs the audit committee, providing guidance on governance, risk and compliance.
