We are a leading domain led, banking technology specialist, transforming retail banking, corporate banking and wealth management digital ecosystems. Over the next 3 years we aim to further consolidate our BankTech leadership position by expanding services as we all as market expansion/scale across US and Europe regions and leadership investments in digital engineering.


As the WealthTech Consulting Leader at Maveric Systems, you will be a key player in shaping and leading our newly established WealthTech practice. This role offers an exciting opportunity to craft a comprehensive menu of offerings, drive go-to-market strategies, and ensure the seamless delivery of projects. We are looking for a visionary leader who can navigate the entire business cycle of wealth technology projects, from market penetration to cash realization.


What’s expected from you:

  • Crafting Comprehensive Offerings:
    • Utilize your expertise in global wealth management platforms to create a compelling and comprehensive menu of offerings.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with industry trends and client needs.
  • Driving Go-To-Market Strategies:
    • Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to position our WealthTech practice as a leader in the industry.
    • Lead go-to-market efforts alongside the sales team, ensuring effective communication and promotion of our offerings.
  • Ensuring Seamless Project Delivery:
    • Oversee the seamless delivery of WealthTech projects, maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with leaders in delivery, technical solutioning, and client engagement to achieve successful project outcomes.
  • CXO Level Discussions and Deal Securing:
    • Excel in CXO level discussions, establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Use your expertise to secure deals effectively, contributing to the growth of the practice.
  • Business Building and Accountability:
    • Take accountability for engaging with customers and closing deals for the WealthTech practice, to achieve an annual revenue run rate of $25 million within 36 months.
    • Ensure all contracts yield gross-margins, and EBITA as targeted by CFO.
    • Partner in business development initiatives to support achievement of above goals.


This role reports to the CTO.
