We are a leading domain led, banking technology specialist, transforming retail banking, corporate banking and wealth management digital ecosystems. Over the next 3 years we aim to further consolidate our BankTech leadership position by expanding services as we all as market expansion/scale across US and Europe regions and leadership investments in digital engineering.

OUR NEED : DIRECTOR – MARTECH SOLUTIONS

We are actively seeking a professional with a proven track record in developing and delivering innovative MarTech solutions for banks. The ideal candidate must be able to understand how data, marketing technology and marketing automation delivers our clients’ needs, visualize & deliver the end result. By leading a team of talented professionals, he/she will drive the overall growth and success of the MarTech solutions division, including developing and executing a strategic vision, driving revenue, and building strong client relationships.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Key competencies:

    • Proven experience leading growth and solutioning in MarTech area
    • Strong expertise in developing and delivering best of breed or enterprise marketing platforms for banks
    • Strong understanding of marketing automation, data analytics, CX platforms, and other relevant MarTech technologies.
    • Strategic thinking, business planning, and execution skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
    • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and business growth
    • Financial acumen and budget management skills
    • Degree in business, marketing, or related field (MBA = brownie points)
    • Leadership experience in recruiting, developing, and managing high-performing teams

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Educational background in engineering, complemented by a business degree from a tier 1 business institution.
  • 20+ years of experience in delivering MarTech solutions

  • Business Strategy and Planning:
    • Craft and execute strategies with the precision of a chess grandmaster.
    • Keep an eye on market trends, decipher customer needs, and outsmart the competition.
  • Revenue Growth:
    • Set ambitious revenue targets and lead your team to victory.
    • Scout new opportunities and partnerships to strengthen our MarTech arsenal.
    • Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust strategies and seize emerging opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering MarTech solutions that wow them.
    • Collaborate with sales and account management teams to spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Recruit, train, and lead a team of professionals in sales, marketing, product development, and customer support.
    • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. We’re a team, not a bureaucracy.
  • Financial Management:
    • Mastermind the budget for MarTech Solutions, with an aim for a revenue run rate of 25MM within 36 months .
    • Ensure all contracts yield gross-margins, and EBITA as targeted by CFO
    • Monitor financial performance and make strategic adjustments when needed.
  • Product Development and Innovation:
    • Collaborate with the product development team to enhance existing MarTech solutions and introduce new game-changers.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor moves.
  • Quality Assurance and Customer Satisfaction:
    • Implement robust quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of reliable MarTech solutions.
    • Address customer concerns promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

REPORTING STRUCTURE:

This role reports directly to the CTO.
