WE ARE LOOKING FOR : DIRECTOR – APPLICATION MAINTENANCE SERVICES (AMS)
We are actively seeking a seasoned and visionary leader to lead our Application Maintenance Services (AMS) practice for global banks. As a seasoned professional in Banking Technology, you have the opportunity to spearhead this initiative and contribute to the global banking IT transformation. As the Director of AMS, you will be the driving force behind the creation, growth, and success of our AMS practice. This role requires a leader with a proven track record in winning deals for delivering AMS remotely from global banks and a deep understanding of the entire business cycle, from lead generation to cash realization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creation of Robust Offerings:
- Develop a comprehensive menu of AMS offerings tailored for global banks.
- Leverage cutting-edge technology, analytics, and data to develop differentiated service offerings.
- Orchestrating Go-to-Market Strategies:
- Lead the development and execution of effective go-to-market strategies.
- Engage in CXO level discussions to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ensuring Seamless Delivery of Services:
- Oversee the seamless delivery of AMS services, prioritizing customer satisfaction and experience.
- Adapt services to the evolving landscape of Banking IT platforms, including multi-cloud, SaaS, and extreme automations.
- Business Building and Accountability:
- Take full ownership and accountability for building the AMS business, aiming for a run rate of $25 million within 36 months.
- Drive business development initiatives and contribute to win-win scenarios for both Maveric Systems and our clients.
- Ensure all contracts yield gross-margins, and EBITA as targeted by CFO.
- Team Leadership and Recruitment:
- Recruit and lead a high-performing team, including leaders in delivery, technical solutioning, and client engagement.
- Collaborate with corporate functions to ensure optimal resource allocation and support.
SUPPORT & RESOURCES:
- Access to resources for recruiting top-tier leaders in delivery, technical solutioning, and client engagement.
- Full support from corporate functions to enable successful execution of the AMS practice including sales qualified leads provided by global Sales teams and Marketing function leveraging all media channels to promote practice propositions.
REPORTING STRUCTURE:
This role reports to the CTO.
