We are a leading domain led, banking technology specialist, transforming retail banking, corporate banking and wealth management digital ecosystems. Over the next 3 years we aim to further consolidate our BankTech leadership position by expanding services as we all as market expansion/scale across US and Europe regions and leadership investments in digital engineering.


We are seeking a seasoned and visionary leader to champion our Big Data & Advanced Analytics technology offerings for banking customers. This role would play a pivotal role in driving our data engineering initiatives for leading banks. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to craft cutting-edge data-driven solutions, ensuring our clients thrive in the competitive landscape.


Key competencies:

  • Domain knowledge:
    • Familiarity with customer, product, and business analytics in retail banking.
    • Proven track record of driving business value from data assets.
    • In-depth understanding of data governance, regulatory compliance, and financial crime prevention.
  • Technical expertise:
    • Big Data platforms (Hadoop, Spark, Snowflake, etc.)
    • Advanced Analytics (Machine Learning, AI, Deep Learning)
    • Data Visualization and Democratization Tools
    • Digital Twin concepts in banking (e.g., customer behaviour modelling)
    • Knowledge of emerging technologies like cloud-native platforms and blockchain
  • Skills & traits:
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
    • Strong business acumen and ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
    • Creative problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
    • Collaborative and team-oriented leadership style.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Technology, Engineering, or related field from a reputed institution. Business degree preferred.
  • 18+ years, including early-career experience in data analysis, ETL/DWH, BI/reporting.
  • 10+ years integrating Big Data and advanced algorithms within banking.
  • 4+ years in consulting/thought leadership roles.


  • Take accountability for engaging with customers and closing deals for the DataTech practice, to achieve an annual revenue run rate of $25 million within 36 months.
  • Ensure all contracts yield gross-margins, and EBITA as targeted by CFO.
  • Partner with Account Management & Sales to translate leads into successful engagements, ensuring both teams collaborate seamlessly to support achievement of above goals.
  • Lead workshops and innovation sessions to co-create solutions with both existing and prospective clients, maximizing value realization.
  • Champion industry best practices, ensuring the quality and market fit of our solutions through meticulous review and refinement.
  • Build a robust portfolio of offerings by collaborating with CoEs to develop reusable frameworks and reference
  • Steer the creation of a skilled resource pool by consulting with delivery and CoE teams, equipping them to deliver on promises.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture, promoting teamwork across Account Management, Sales, CoEs, and delivery teams.
