WE ARE LOOKING FOR WEALTHTECH LEADER
As the WealthTech Consulting Leader at Maveric Systems, you will be a key player in shaping and leading our newly established WealthTech practice. This role offers an exciting opportunity to craft a comprehensive menu of offerings, drive go-to-market strategies, and ensure the seamless delivery of projects. We are looking for a visionary leader who can navigate the entire business cycle of wealth technology projects, from market penetration to cash realization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
What’s expected from you:
- Crafting Comprehensive Offerings:
- Utilize your expertise in global wealth management platforms to create a compelling and comprehensive menu of offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with industry trends and client needs.
- Driving Go-To-Market Strategies:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to position our WealthTech practice as a leader in the industry.
- Lead go-to-market efforts alongside the sales team, ensuring effective communication and promotion of our offerings.
- Ensuring Seamless Project Delivery:
- Oversee the seamless delivery of WealthTech projects, maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with leaders in delivery, technical solutioning, and client engagement to achieve successful project outcomes.
- CXO Level Discussions and Deal Securing:
- Excel in CXO level discussions, establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Use your expertise to secure deals effectively, contributing to the growth of the practice.
- Business Building and Accountability:
- Take accountability for engaging with customers and closing deals for the WealthTech practice, to achieve an annual revenue run rate of $25 million within 36 months.
- Ensure all contracts yield gross-margins, and EBITA as targeted by CFO.
- Partner in business development initiatives to support achievement of above goals.
