A celebrated thought-leader, Rama Sivaraman brings 30 years of diverse IT industry experience across service delivery, product development and implementation, delivery assurance, and program management. In her previous appointment, she was the Chief Operating Officer, Executive Director, and Board member of a $300M revenue IT major. From influencing several fortune 500 clients and leading global development canters, Rama has built top-notch teams and successfully delivered on complex mandates.
Sought after as a women leader and part of an elite women CXOs team, she co-founded ‘Empowering Women in IT’ (eWit) and served as its President (2013-15). Ranked as one of the Top 20 Women leaders in IT in India (Data Quest, August 2014), Rama was felicitated with a woman leadership award for excellence in the IT sector in Singapore (CMO Asia, 2016).
An Engineering graduate with an MBA in Finance and Systems, Rama is currently the President of India Operations at magedata.ai – a leading-edge AI company specializing in Data Privacy, Security, and Compliance.
As an independent director Rama is guiding the company to fulfil its aspiration of becoming one of the world’s top three Bank Tech solutions specialists.
