Stephen is Sales Director, leading business development initiatives for the US region at Maveric. In this role, he specifically focuses on creating visibility for Maveric in the Banking and Financial Services sector in the US, building an impactful sales organization as well as acquiring new logos by capitalizing on Maveric’s BankTech expertise.

Prior to Maveric,  Stephen worked with global leaders, the likes of which include Gartner, Capgemini, and Syntel. He has over 30 years of industry experience across all facets of IT, Banking, Financial Services, and Capital Markets. Stephen played a leading role in the due diligence efforts at Atos during the $3.4B acquisition of Syntel. He led Syntel’s BNFS US Sales team between 2013 and 2018, setting the strategy and revenue growth as the firm grew the BNFS revenues from $342M to $453M. Additionally, he was Capgemini’s top-ranked sales executive globally from 2005 to 2010.
