Must have Skills:
Strong understanding on various stages of SDLC Project Lifecycle in T24 implementation and Change Management Process
Overall knowledge in Transact core skills like Versions, enquiries, Arrangement Architecture (Loans, Deposits and account), Customer, Account , Limit, Delivery, Payments.
Strong knowledge of Best Banking Practices and country specific banking regulations
Experienced in guiding and mentoring Juniors in complex functional issues
Requirement Elicitation, Gap analysis & FSD preparation
Strong Stakeholder Management and excellent communication skills
Good to have skills:
Understanding of basic coding (reading is enough)
Experience on TPH
Prior experience of handing CCE (client configuration environment) & Process led workshops
Exposure to back to core activities during an upgrade
Understanding of Trade finance, Gl configuration, Treasury.
Prior exposure to Agile way of working
Facilitating User training and Supporting UAT
