T24 Solution Architect

Role and Responsibilities
Will play a key role in providing inputs to operational considerations related to Temenos platforms in particular T24
Provide input into high level technical designs
Analyze and translate business requirements into documentation, product rules and Draft concise and detailed technical and functional solution documents for development
To have implementation onsite exposure
Retail Banking expertise with additional knowledge in Accounting, Limits and Delivery core modules
Interfacing with third party systems knowledge. TAFC and TAFJ working knowledge
Excellent Programming skills in Version, Enquiries, Template , COB, OFS, Frameworks capable of providing complex solutions within and outside T24
Expert in providing technical solutions within Retail banking modules
To interact with Business Users and proactively confirm the expected behavior with the Product design
To provide optimal solution with maximum utilization of core functional it reduces L3
Monitor follows-up and review work progress, to ensure that delivery is on time
To provide guidance and coaching to next lower level Consultant.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Understanding of Business Requirements
- Translation of business requirements from internal stakeholders in high quality Application Design
- Gap analysis between the business requirements and the existing IT Capabilities
- Validation of the implemented solution against the functional specifications to ensure that project matches business requirements
- Ensure the completeness of the business requirements and add value by proposing best-in-class solutions
- Provide functional walkthrough of developed solution to the project stakeholders
Knowledge & Experience:
- Extensive IT Functional experience (10 years or more)
- Detailed understanding in various T24 Core modules viz., Customer, Account, Arrangement Architecture (Corporate Lending), Cash Pooling, Charges, Accounting and Payments
- Experience as an Application Architect in System Integration, Enquiries, Reports and Versions
- Detailed knowledge on Customer & Account Services (Customer, CASA, Account Services, Cash Management, Payments, Liquidity)
- Detailed understanding of services required from T24
- Fair understanding of testing processes
- Understanding of any other Core Banking systems is an added value
- Fair understanding on various stages of project lifecycle including requirements analysis, design, build/configuration, testing and roll out.
- Prior experience in conducting Integration / design workshops
- Good exposure to Integration/interfacing with various systems
