Job Description
Scrum Master – Bengaluru / Chennai
- Recognized Scrum Master or Product Owner certification
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a role of Scrum Master and ideally on a regional/global project scale
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and applies Agile frameworks and techniques (such as Scrum, Kanban etc.)
- Worked on key Scrum/Agile tools and concepts (product backlog, sprint backlog, burn down metrics, velocity, estimating size and value, etc.)
- Good knowledge of IT SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
- Use of Agile tracking tools such as JIRA
- Experience with TDD/BDD techniques and frameworks such as Fitnesse or Cucumber an advantage.
- Candidates with experience in a global banking environment and in particular with Risk Models and Methodology experience such as Basel II implementation will stand an advantage
