JOB DESCRIPTION

• A qualified Chartered Accountant with very good exposure to IND-AS, IFRS
• Handle day to day operations for Indian / Overseas entities.
• Extensive experience in Audit and Assurance
• Adept at conducting audits, finalization of accounts and resolving complex accounting issues in accordance with accounting & auditing standards and regulatory requirements
• Monthly book closure and finalization of accounts for Indian / Overseas entities.
• Handle Tax and compliances for Indian / Overseas entities.
• Co-ordinate with local auditors of each entity and to facilitate in finalizing the Accounts and other filings.
• Very good exposure and experience in preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements.
