Offshore Delivery Managers

Responsibilities:

The core responsibility of this Delivery Manager role is to drive Customer Satisfaction, Employee Satisfaction, Delivery Excellence, Revenue growth and Margins improvements.

  • Define the overall scope with the project team members, client, and Solution Architecture teams.
  • Develop program / project plans and estimates and monitor the quality aspects of team’s deliverables along with Leads and ensure right change control/management communication implemented. Manages the execution, monitoring and controlling of each work stream.

Responsibilities:

The core responsibility of the Senior Delivery Manager role is to drive Customer Satisfaction, Employee Satisfaction, Delivery Excellence, Revenue growth and Margins improvements.

  1. Delivery Excellence & Governance –
    1. Monitor and Control KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)/commitments supporting Delivery Managers
    2. Strengthening the governance process at the below levels through structured review mechanisms and reporting of metrics/KPIs –
      1. Maveric Delivery Managers (DM)/Leads with Client Leads/VPs,
      2. Maveric Senior Delivery Managers with Client Managers/SVPs
    3. Monitor and track all client commitments made
  2. Enhancing Delivery Impact-
    1. Improve visibility of Maveric’s contributions and automated solutions
    2. Engage with key stakeholders in gaining insights that represent problem statements, challenges, unmet expectations, new opportunities (critical Client Programs, new tech stack/tools, LOBS, etc).
    3. Enhancing Delivery Impact through the insight driven actions and continuous improvements/step changes
  3. Leadership support for the following Talent related activities
    1. Help manage, grow, and mentor the Delivery Managers and other leaders for their technical and soft skills development.

  4. Business Goals and Margin Improvements
    1. Improve the Project Margin to the level defined by the Delivery Partner

 Skills Required:

16 to 20 years’ professional experience with strong exposure to Data Validation projects (ETL Testing, BI Testing, Big Data, Analytics, AI/ML, Reporting) for Global clients (at least 2 Banking projects).

Experience in managing 50+ Data validations team members

Experience in Demonstrating the improvements in CSAT, Delivery Excellence, Employee Satisfaction and Operations KPIs such as Margin

Capability to understand automation needs and having the experience of driving implementations.

Ability to demonstrate high energy, integrity, and track record of exceeding performance expectations in generating revenue and client relationship management.

Has strong analytical, problem-solving skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills with a high attention to detail and impeccable time management skills.
