Offshore Delivery Managers

Responsibilities:

The core responsibility of this Delivery Manager role is to drive Customer Satisfaction, Employee Satisfaction, Delivery Excellence, Revenue growth and Margins improvements.

  • Define the overall scope with the project team members, client, and Solution Architecture teams.
  • Develop program / project plans and estimates and monitor the quality aspects of team’s deliverables along with Leads and ensure right change control/management communication implemented. Manages the execution, monitoring and controlling of each work stream.
  • Dependencies, Risk, and Issues Management
  • Defining roles and responsibilities using a RACI chart
  • Conflict management where required
  • Customer Communication and Internal Reporting, Stream/program Steercomm/governance meetings
  • Help manage, grow, and mentor the delivery team for their technical and soft skills development.
  • Participate in the resource planning aligned with the overall business plan and ensure targeted team utilization is achieved.
  • Manage team workload according to defined KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)/commitments.
  • Manage personnel exchanges, including required transition and knowledge transfer external and internal stakeholders.
  • Owns the Fulfilment of the areas of ownership.
  • Associate Engagement Initiatives
  • Improve the Project Margin to the level defined by the Delivery Partner
  • Professional experience in Agile/Scrum application development using JIRA
  • Actively participates and contributes to the client and organization’s PMO community to constantly improve the delivery guidelines, templates, and processes.

Skills Required:

  • 12 to 15 years professional experience with strong exposure to Data Validation projects (ETL Testing, BI Testing , Big Data, Analytics, AI, Reporting) for the global customers.
  • Experience in managing 30+ Data validations Team Member teams
  • Experience in Demonstrating the improvements in CSAT, Delivery Excellence, Employee Satisfaction and Operations KPIs such as Margin
  • Understand the automation and having the experience of driving it.
  • Ability to demonstrate high energy, integrity, and track record of exceeding performance expectations in generating revenue and client relationship management.
  • Has strong analytical, problem-solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a high attention to detail and impeccable time management skills.

Senior Delivery Manager

Responsibilities:

The core responsibility of the Senior Delivery Manager role is to drive Customer Satisfaction, Employee Satisfaction, Delivery Excellence, Revenue growth and Margins improvements.

  1. Delivery Excellence & Governance –
    1. Monitor and Control KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)/commitments supporting Delivery Managers
    2. Strengthening the governance process at the below levels through structured review mechanisms and reporting of metrics/KPIs –
      1. Maveric Delivery Managers (DM)/Leads with Client Leads/VPs,
      2. Maveric Senior Delivery Managers with Client Managers/SVPs
    3. Monitor and track all client commitments made
  2. Enhancing Delivery Impact-
    1. Improve visibility of Maveric’s contributions and automated solutions
    2. Engage with key stakeholders in gaining insights that represent problem statements, challenges, unmet expectations, new opportunities (critical Client Programs, new tech stack/tools, LOBS, etc).
    3. Enhancing Delivery Impact through the insight driven actions and continuous improvements/step changes
  3. Leadership support for the following Talent related activities
    1. Help manage, grow, and mentor the Delivery Managers and other leaders for their technical and soft skills development.
    2. Talent Planning & Acquisition

  4. Business Goals and Margin Improvements
    1. Improve the Project Margin to the level defined by the Delivery Partner

 Skills Required:

16 to 20 years’ professional experience with strong exposure to Data Validation projects (ETL Testing, BI Testing, Big Data, Analytics, AI/ML, Reporting) for Global clients (at least 2 Banking projects).

Experience in managing 50+ Data validations team members

Experience in Demonstrating the improvements in CSAT, Delivery Excellence, Employee Satisfaction and Operations KPIs such as Margin

Capability to understand automation needs and having the experience of driving implementations.

Ability to demonstrate high energy, integrity, and track record of exceeding performance expectations in generating revenue and client relationship management.

Has strong analytical, problem-solving skills

Transact (T24) Technical Consultants

Looking for T24 Developers with Min 2 yrs – 20 yrs of experience

Strong understanding of T24 architecture, infobasic coding, debugging.
In-depth knowledge of tafc and tafj and Design Studio
Good understanding of T24 Core modules, AA, Accounting, Limits, Collaterals.
Clear and complete understanding of the SDLC lifecycle including data migration from legacy systems to T24
Must have T24 development, Technical solutions design.
Prior experience of writing TSD, IDD, run books and deployment instructions is must.
Must have troubleshooting experience in T24, tafc, tafj, jboss, debug (in tafc and tafj defect analysis and bug fixing.
Must have experience in Interface development.
The candidate should be able to actively debug (in tafc and tafj) and must be an expert in defect analysis and bug fixing.
