Job Description

Implementation/Upgrade experience

  • Should have been a program or project manager for
  • the migration in to Temenos T 24 handling application and data migration besides training, support and roll out
  • T24 Upgrade for any release post R12; Need to be familiar with both technical and functional upgrade; like-to-like as well as business process re-engineering; familiar with TAF ‘C’ and preferably TAF ‘J’.

Banking experience

The following are a requisite:

  • Retail banking
  • Corporate banking
  • Payments

The following would be preferred:

  • Private banking/wealth management;
  • Asset management;
  • Securities and treasury

Technology experience

  • Experience with methodologies such as waterfall, RAD,JAD,RUP, Agile and SCRUM
  • Data migration
  • Database migration especially Jbase to Oracle; and database upgrade
  • Digital integration
  • Integration using middleware, API and webservices

Program Office management experience

  • Experience in setting up and managing programme management office (PMO) to manage governance, business change, technology and infrastructure investments
  • Experience in selecting and implementing portfolio and programme management (PPM) tools
  • Manage the stakeholder’s expectations and in handling risks relating to the implementation

Programme management experience

  • Experience in and knowledge of procurement process- ITT,RFI,RFP both restricted as well as global sourcing
  • Experience in and knowledge of outsourcing including onsite/offshore, onsite/offshore/nearshore in both centralized and decentralized development methodologies
  • Experience in setting up and managing Project Steering committee including project tracking, risk management and team coordination
