As Head of Account Management, Sunil takes ownership for maintaining high levels of client satisfaction by conceiving effective propositions and solutions to the customers, ensuring commitments are met, by closely monitoring delivery quality, continually seeking client feedback and fine tuning Maveric's offerings to key clients. Sunil and his team play an active role in identifying client’s key challenges and mobilizing expert advisory from Maveric’s Domain, Practice, Solution and Delivery units. He is also currently working on the priority of localizing talent sourcing within Middle East.

Part of Maveric core team for the past 15 years, Sunil was earlier responsible for Pre-Sales,  planning and overview of activities related to lateral and specific skill talent acquisition, talent management and career planning for our employees.
